Shih Tzu's are from the toy class, too. They were really bred to herd sheep in Tibet. They have an amazing history dating back to 624 A.D. and involving much of the Chinese Tang Dynasty. At the time they were only for people of Royal dissent. Shih Tzu means lion and they are often called the "chrysanthamum-faced dog" because hair grows out on the face in all directions.
