Congratulations on your new puppy!! We are always striving to provide our customers with the best pet possible. In doing so, we are providing you with a 48-hour health guarantee. In this time, you will need to take your puppy to the vet of your choice and at your expense. If your vet finds any fatal diseases, please contact us within 24 hours and provide a written statement from the vet. We may ask you to call our vet as well to make sure we are taking care of the problem in the best way possible. We will replace your puppy out of the next available litter. There are no refunds and we will not refund any vet expenses. Even though we are very confident of the quality of our puppies, some things are out of our control.
We sincerely hope that you and your puppy will be completely happy with each other. However, we realize that situations change and things can happen. Therefore, if for some reason you decide you no longer want the pet, please do not take your dachshund to a shelter! Contact us first! Because of disease risks, we may not be able to bring puppies back into our home unless they have been to a vet and continued their shots and wormings. Please be assured, we will do everything in our power to help you find the puppy a new home.
