Miniature Dachshunds hard to house break?
Dachshunds are very intelligent and tend to be spoiled..and a little
stubborn. While they can be a little harder to housebreak than
some breeds they respond extremely well to crate training and any kind
of positive reinforcement! One of the biggest compliments we
receive is how well our puppies housebreak! We think it is
because they are raised in our home and start crate training at an
early age. If you have more questions on crate training a Miniature
Dachshund please click here!

everything we can to ensure healthy dachshund puppies. .

I
think it should be added here that some Dachshunds can have bad teeth
in the later years. To help, you will want to keep your doxie
on a good dry crunchy dog food and offer chew ropes, toys, and such
that are great for helping keep their teeth clean, healthy and strong.
Other than that, dachshunds are a very healthy breed of dog.
Very easy to maintain and incredibly sturdy. Enjoy
your Dachshund! Play with him! He'll make you a
great pet!
